The recipes in this blog are derived from numerous sources. Many are from my personal collection of handwritten recipes received from others or noted down by myself over the course of many years. Some were clipped from coupon circulars or promotional materials or from various newspapers. Most, over time, have been adapted and changed in one manner or another.
