1 pound lean ground beef, browned and drained
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 4-ounce can of mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup chopped pepperoni
1 6-ounce can tomato paste
2 cups cooked noodles
2 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon basil
1/8 teaspoon oregano
1/4 cup Parmasean cheese
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees farenheit. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together, except the mozzarella. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. When nearly done, cover with mozzarella cheese and continue to bake until melted.
